PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

L2000 is manufacturing by deeply liquid pure microbial cells. L2000  is a high concentrated acid cellulase liquid formulation especially design for biopolish of cotton or various other types of cellulose fabric. It is also suitable for denim washing, Enzyme treatment can be done before or after dyeing, depending on the desired final effect on the goods.

TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: drawn color liquid；Liquid PH : 4.6 -5.0；Proportion: 1.1-1.2 g/ml

SUGGESTION FOR USING

For Fabric Dose 0.3% to 0.7 %；For Garments Dose 0.3% to 0.7 %  

Factors that influence the bio-finish performance treatment situation, Just like PH, Time, Temperature, Auxiliary chemical, Liquor Ration ,Desired effect, Equipment and so on.

PROCESS CONDITIONS

PH: 4.0-5.5  (optimal : 4.5-5.0 )

Bath ration: 1:4 -1:10

Process temperature: 50-60℃ (optimal : 55℃ )

Process time: 30-60 mimutes
