PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

L230 is new chelating Soaping agent for dyeing of cellulose base fibers with reactive dyes. Widely used in dyeing the fabrics, cheese yarn and hank yarn blended with cotton. L230 is ours High concentration product.

Appearance: Red brown transparent liquid

Ionic character :Anion/non-ionic

PH value :5-7(1% liquor)

Solubility :Easily soluble in water

PROPERTIES

Avoiding uneven dyeing when using reactive/direct dyes for cotton/hemp/blended fabrics;

Avoiding color difference between inner layer and outer layer for cone dyeing;

Forming complex compound with heavy metal ion existed in textiles and electrolyte;

Repairing unevenly dyed fabrics at a certain extent.

SUGGESTION FOR USING

Used in the dyeing factory: the suggested application amount is 0.5-1.0 g/L
